An AODD pump (Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pump) is a positive displacement pump driven entirely by compressed air — no electricity required. Two flexible diaphragms alternately flex to draw fluid on one side and discharge on the other, creating a continuous pumping action.

An AODD pump (Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pump) is a positive displacement pump driven by compressed air. Two flexible diaphragms alternately flex to draw and discharge fluid. Also known as AOD pump, air operated diaphragm pump, double diaphragm pump, or pneumatic diaphragm pump.
Antlia manufactures AODD pumps in ½ inch (AOD 150), 1 inch (AOD 300), 1.5 inch (AOD 400) and 2 inch (AOD 500) port sizes, with flow rates from ~50 LPM up to 586 LPM, all at maximum 7 bar discharge pressure.
PP is suitable for most acids, alkalis and solvents. PVDF handles more aggressive chemicals and oxidising acids. SS-316 is used for food, pharma and hygienic applications.
