How It Works

The AOD 300 uses compressed air (from a standard factory air compressor) fed through the ΒΌ-inch air inlet. The air alternately pressurises two chambers, each with a flexible diaphragm. As one diaphragm pushes fluid out, the other draws fluid in β€” creating continuous, pulsating flow. Ball check valves ensure one-directional flow. No electricity required.

Which body material should I choose for my chemical?

No. The AOD 300 is 100% air-operated using your factory's compressed air supply (4–6 kg/cmΒ² at the ΒΌ-inch air inlet). This makes it explosion-proof and safe for use in ATEX/hazardous zones near flammable liquids.
