Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are not included in the product price and will be charged separately based on the destination, weight and dimensions of the order. The applicable shipping charges will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days of order confirmation and payment. Delivery to most locations within India takes 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Domestic Shipping — Pan India
We ship to all cities and towns across India. Express delivery may be available for select locations at an additional charge. Contact us if you require urgent delivery.
International Shipping — Worldwide
Antlia Engineering Works exports AODD pumps and industrial pumps to 12+ countries worldwide. For international orders, shipping charges, customs duties and import taxes applicable in the destination country are to be borne by the buyer.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier tracking details via email or WhatsApp. You can use these details to track your shipment directly with the courier partner.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and product before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
