All sales by Antlia Engineering Works are final. We do not accept returns once a product has been dispatched and delivered.
No Return Policy
Antlia Engineering Works manufactures and supplies industrial pumps — including AODD pumps, barrel pumps and centrifugal pumps — as per customer specifications and requirements. Due to the industrial and custom nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return policy.
We strongly recommend customers verify all technical specifications, material requirements and application suitability before placing an order. Our technical team is available to assist with product selection prior to purchase.
Before You Order
To ensure you receive the right product for your application, we encourage you to:
- Confirm the correct pump model (AOD 150, AOD 300, AOD 400 or AOD 500) based on your required flow rate and pipe size
- Confirm the correct body material (PP, SS 316, PVDF or Aluminium) based on your fluid and chemical compatibility requirements
- Confirm the correct diaphragm material (PTFE or Santoprene) based on your application
- Speak with our technical team if you are unsure about any specification
Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event that a product arrives damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and work towards an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the defective component or product at our discretion.
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
Cancellation Policy
